The above prices include: the use of the fully furnished apartment complete with kitchen utensils, electricity, water, gas, taxes, air-conditioning, bedlinen, towels and beach cabin.

POSSIBLE SAVINGS

Free sun umbrella on the beach for bookings of at least one week made before the 31st March 2011;
Free First child ( 0 - 12 years old) accompanied by two paying adults in the studio apartment
5% discount for two week stays;
10% discount for three week stays.
The above discounts will not be applied in the period from 30/07/2011 to 20/08/2011.

BOOKING CONDITIONS, DOWN PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT

To confirm your booking it is necessary to send a down payment of 30% of the total cost of the holiday.
On arrival a deposit of 250 Euros is required per apartment.
This deposit will be returned on departure after the apartment has been checked.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

The apartments are available from 16.00 on Saturday and guests must leave the apartment before 10.00 on Saturday at the end of their holiday unless prior arrangements have been made with the management.

NB

Pets are not allowed in the apartments unless prior arrangements have been made with the management.

SUPPLEMENTS

Final cleaning: Studio apartment = 45 Euros, One-bedroom apartment = 50 Euros
Cot = 35 Euros per week.
Second child (0-12 years old) accompanied by two paying adults in the one-bedroom apartment = 25 Euros.
Parking on request and according to availability = 35 Euros per week.
Beach package including two sunbeds and one beach umbrella = 70 Euros for one week = 125 Euros for two weeks.
Extra bed = 80 Euros a week except the period 04/08- 25/08 = 100 Euros
